We are a modern dental office using digital charting, digital x-rays (up to 90% less radiation than before), a 3D Cone Beam/CT Scanner and new sterilization equipment.

Making an Appointment
It is easy to make an appointment for your initial examination and dental treatments with the Right Family Dental office. If you schedule an appointment and something comes up, please call and cancel 24 hours in advance so that we can accommodate other patient requests.
What to Expect
Walk into our lobby where you will be greeted by our friendly staff. We will provide you with new patient paperwork that includes a health questionnaire, request for your insurance information and contact information. We will also provide you with information to familiarize you with our office and how we handle things like patient privacy.
Initial Examination
Your initial dental exam will take around one hour. The expert staff at New York Dental Office will ask you questions, get to know your oral hygiene routine, and listen to your health concerns. We believe in educating patients and empowering them to make good choices to improve their oral health. We will demonstrate how to properly care for your teeth and make additional suggestions as needed. Our dental hygienists will clean your teeth then our doctors will complete your examination and make recommendations for proposed dental treatments.
Dental Insurance
We accept a variety of insurance plans. Please call our office at 718-365-8660 to see if we are currently working with your insurance provider.
Our pricing structure is designed to ensure that patients are able to receive the high quality dental care they deserve. If your dental insurance will not cover all of your dental treatments, we will work with you to identify a payment solution. We are health care professionals first and will work with you to make sure you receive the treatment you need.
Financial Policy
Right Family Dental prepares a Treatment Plan Estimate so that patients can understand the estimated costs of their recommended treatment prior to its start. The Treatment Plan Estimate is a good-faith attempt to predict the cost of your treatment based on the facts known to Right Family Dental when the estimate is made. As your treatment progresses, your dentist may determine in consultation with you that different or additional treatment is necessary and your financial responsibility may change. For your convenience we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also offer our patients Interest Free Financing.We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan via our financing partner CareCredit or Wells Fargo.
We deliver the finest, highest quality care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged regardless of your insurance coverage. No insurance plan covers all dental expenses. One insurance plan may pay fixed amounts for certain procedures and another may pay a percentage of the charge. The patient has the responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance, or any other balance not paid for by their insurance company.
